Payments

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. The name ‘PlusUs’ will show on your credit card statement.

 

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped within two business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed.

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be contacted for a correction, and the product will be re-shipped once we have received an additional shipping fee.

You are responsible for any assessed local taxes, duties, or other import taxes upon arrival.

Delivery time is dependent on delivery address and may take up to 15 working days.

All ‘Pre-Order’ products will be shipped at a future date. We will keep you updated as to delivery dates.

 

Returns

At PlusUs we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we provide you with a simple 30 day return policy for all products purchased on our website. Simply:

1. Ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging;
2. Include a copy of your Order Confirmation email;
3. Tell us why you are returning the product to help us improve our service;
4. And we will take care of the rest, including giving you some money!

 

One Year Limited Warranty

All products come with a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If you have purchased the product on our online store, then your Order Confirmation email is sufficient proof of purchase.

At our discretion we will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar product or provide you with a store credit for a similar value.

The warranty will not cover damage resulting from its improper use, misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, use with faulty or improper equipment, nor does it cover minor cosmetic damage due to normal ‘wear and tear’ of the product.

No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding the product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage or loss that results from the use of, or the inability to use, the products.

 

Lifetime Limited Warranty

The LifeStar range of products come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If you have purchased the product in our online store, then your Order Confirmation email is sufficient proof of purchase.

Lifetime Limited Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Returns and Warranty Procedures

1. Before returning the product, please insure you obtain a Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA) from us.
2. We highly recommend you ship the product with a carrier that offers shipment tracking and remember that return shipping charges are your responsibility
3. Please insure you include a copy of your proof of purchase for all returns and warranty claims
4. For return items, once we receive the shipment, and confirm that all is as it should be, we will refund you the purchase price, less the original shipping cost and a small 20% fee to cover your chosen donation and restocking. Please allow up to 21 working days for the refund.
5. For warranty items, once we receive the shipment, and confirm the nature of its defect, we will ship out a replacement product to you at no further cost.

 

‘Pre-Order’ Products

‘Pre-Order’ products may still be under development and the final product may vary in design, specification or functionality from that described on this website. Delivery times are only an estimate and we will keep you updated on the actual delivery dates.

 

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We will not share or sell your personal information with any other party.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and any other information you may provide. We do not store your credit card details on our server.

Your information is only used to fulfil your order or to improve your shopping experience. We may send you periodic promotional emails and updates.

Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer and allow us to recognize you or store your shopping cart contents. We use cookies on our website. You can choose to turn off all cookies through your browser settings.
